I am glad to say that the team has done a phenomenal work in the last 2 years in bringing effective lead management a reality. With lateral thinking, the team had developed a fully automated lead management tool which is capable of identifying the right sales person (basis the product, customer segment and territory), follow-up, provide periodical updates / escalations to top management. Typically, Zero intervention post submitting the lead in the system.
