Maple CRM follows Software As A Service (SaaS) model where customer has the flexibility to increase or decrease the capacity of the system in terms of number of user logins and feature requirements. Maple supports pay-as-you-go service (monthly or yearly), so you can make changes to your subscription whenever you need to. Customers have the flexibility of terminating the subscription by giving 30 days notice.
With SaaS subscription model, Maple CRM provides the flexibility of upgrading or downgrading plans or changing the number of user logins required for your team. The subscription charges will be calculated on a pro-rata basis and will be adjusted to the next payment.
Maple CRM provides personalized telephone support for professional plans regardless of the number of user logins. We also provide trainings to your team as and when required by your team.
