Maple CRM is owned and managed by Denisys Technologies LLP, a registered LLP in India. Denisys Technologies LLP, ("Denisys"), having its registered office at #60, Balaji Gardens, Gottigere, Bannergatta Road, Bangalore - 560 083, INDIA on whose web site or a product website this Privacy Statement is posted, is committed to provide you with excellent service for all of our products including Maple CRM (the product website where you are reading this policy). Because we respect your right to privacy, we have developed this Privacy Statement to inform you about our privacy practices.

Privacy is of great concern to all legitimate users of the Internet, and is a critical part of an enjoyable and satisfactory user experience. We at Denisys are acutely aware of and sensitive to the privacy concerns of our subscribers and other visitors to our Web site. Whether you are a customer of our various products and services or a visitor to our site, we assure you that we do not collect personal information from you unless you provide it to us. If you are enrolling for a Denisys service such as Maple CRM subscription, you may be asked to provide certain personal information. In order for us to provide these services and to setup the subscription.

INFORMATION WE GATHER
Personal Information
We do not collect any personal information from a visitor to our site unless that visitor explicitly and intentionally provides it. Under no circumstances do we collect any personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health, or sex life. If you are simply browsing our site, we do not gather any personal information about you.
There are two ways in which you may explicitly and intentionally provide us with and consent to our collection of certain personal information:
1. E-mail Request for information
We use links throughout our site to provide you with the opportunity to contact us via e-mail to ask questions, request information and materials, register for services. Statistical Information about Your Visit

Profile Image in Mobile App
Maple CRM supports uploading profile image/picture/photo to the mobile app with user permission at the time of updating the user profile in our mobile app. Maple CRM mobile app is asking the permission(for CAMERA and WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE) first from the user for taking the image/photo/picture from Gallery or Camera, and if app user allows the permission, then shall the profile image is updated. Mobile App user can remove the profile image any time from the app and the image shall be permanently removed from the storage.
Location access in Mobile App
Your organization may use the GEOTRACKING feature to have a restricted punch-in punch-out policy. To accomplish this, the Maple CRM application will request your Location Permission. You can turn off your location setting when you are not using Maple CRM. Your successful punch-in and punch-out information along with your location will be stored and shared with your reporting managers at your organization, if they have appropriate rights to see your punch-in and punch-out location based on your organization policy.
Photo & Video access in Mobile App
Camera and Storage - When Maple CRM mobile application is used, the user may need to take pictures or videos using the phone and upload them to the backend application as part of their job role such as the pictures/videos of the machinery they have just finished servicing in the field. In such cases, as a user of the Maple CRM Application, need to permit access to take the pictures/videos and upload them. At any point of time, user can revoke this permission from the device. Maple CRM shall not access or use the camera or photo storage without user permission.
Use of Cookies
We only use "cookies" as described in this Section. A "cookie" is a piece of information that our Web site sends to your browser, which then stores this information on your system. If a cookie is used, our Web site will be able to "remember" information about you and your preferences either until you exit your current browser window (if the cookie is temporary) or until you disable or delete the cookie. Many users prefer to use cookies in order to help them navigate a Web site as seamlessly as possible. You should be aware that cookies contain no more information than you volunteer, and they are not able to "invade" your hard drive and return to the sender personal or other information from your computer.
